Digitized drill rig with two stations
- Equipped with two standard MAX40 HSK63 units.
- Our standard spindles are equipped with belt drive (Poly-V or toothed profile).
- The special translation unit with a length of approx. 3 m is equipped with two independent ball screw carriages.
Application:
- End machining of blanks made of drawn or ground steel.
- Designed to be able to process different lengths and diameters.
Fulcrum shaft
- Spindles with heads for straightening, gorging and threading. Control by servo motor or hydraulic cylinder.
- Coolant supply and lubrication of the head through spindle center.
- Spindles with high axial load and high speed, liquid-cooled.
